We have 4 rooms for rent at our River Street location. All rooms are equipped with a smart tv, bed, night lights, and etc.... If you are looking for a room for rent, we have what you are looking for, from twin size furnished to large queen size furnished with cre8tive design decor. Our rooms not only have cre8tive décor, but we also provide free wi-fi and all utilities are included. Yes, that's right we said ALL utilities!

If you do not like the design, we are willing to remove the decor on the walls. We also offer additional storage for your room and a personal mini fridge for a small monthly fee.

Our goal is to match you with your perfect room whether its short term or long term. We have what you are looking for and a stay in our units are comfortable, quiet, and cozy. You don't have to fill out an application until you choose the room you would like. We will arrange viewings, but please don't wait! We have lots of applicants.
